Made for the Dutch Caribbean and foreign-owned US companies
CORA reads your bank statements, invoices and receipts, matches them to each other and keeps your sales tax position up to date. You check the exceptions — not every line.

Why CORA
Why businesses switch to CORA
Six things you will not find together anywhere else — and every one of them is in the product today.
The rules of your country, built in
Every country its own rates, its own way of counting and its own deadlines — OB on Curaçao, BBO on Aruba, ABB on Bonaire, Statia and Saba, TOT on Sint Maarten, TGCA on Saint-Martin, and for a US LLC the IRS returns plus sales tax per state. Pick your country at signup and it is set up before your first invoice.
Every bank: connected, or read
US banks connect live — Mercury and Wise directly, other US banks through Stripe — and euro accounts through Ponto, so their transactions come in by themselves. Caribbean banks offer no connection a package can use, so CORA reads the statements they do give you: the PDF, or the MT940, CAMT, CSV or Excel export from your online banking — or let your bank email them in. Every statement is checked against its own opening and closing balance.
AI that shows its work
CORA reads invoices, receipts and e-invoices, matches them to your bank lines and tells you why: invoice number, amount, date, counterparty. It only books by itself above the threshold you set, and everything it booked can be undone.
Year-end without the dread
Annual accounts built from your books and signed digitally by your directors, your profit tax prepared where your country has one and the IRS return for a US LLC, and the whole year for your accountant in one zip. A year only closes when every bank account matches its statements.
Guilders, dollars, euros — one set of books
Invoice in XCG, USD, EUR or AWG, buy abroad in other currencies, and keep a holding and its operating company under one login. Exchange rates are fetched every day, and differences land on the right account by themselves.
Yours, safe, and easy to leave
Two-step verification on every account, an encrypted backup every night, a record of every change — and a free read-only login for your accountant. Monthly, cancel whenever you like, and your books stay yours: export everything, any time.
Today, not someday
What CORA does for you
Nothing here is a promise for later. This is what the software does today.
Your bank statement, read in seconds
Drop in whatever your bank gives you — a PDF, an Excel file or the export from your online banking (MT940, CAMT or CSV). European accounts can connect live through Ponto, and in the US plans your American bank connects live too — Mercury and Wise directly, other US banks through Stripe — so there is nothing to download at all. CORA checks the opening balance, every line and the closing balance against each other, and says so when a cent is missing instead of quietly guessing.
Transactions matched to your paperwork
Every transaction is compared with your open invoices and receipts. CORA shows why it thinks two things belong together — invoice number, amount, date, counterparty — and books the certain ones by itself.
Invoices and quotes in your own style
Your logo, your colours, your letterhead. Send a quote that your customer signs online, and turn it into an invoice with one click. Reminders for unpaid invoices go out on their own.
Purchase invoices and receipts read for you
Drop a stack of PDFs and photos in at once. CORA reads the supplier, the date, the amount, the currency and the tax — including a receipt from a shop abroad in a currency you have never used before. E-invoices (UBL and CII) are read exactly, without guessing. And with the CORA app for Android you scan a receipt the moment you get it.
Sales tax without the last-minute panic
CORA keeps your tax position up to date all month long and shows the deadline for your filing period — monthly, quarterly or yearly. No spreadsheet on the fifteenth.
Reports your accountant actually wants
Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, general ledger, cash flow, ageing and a full audit trail. Export to PDF or Excel, or hand over the whole year in one zip — every invoice, statement and specification. Your accountant gets their own read-only login, free.
The awkward stuff, explained
Loans, a mortgage, money you lent your own company, dividend to your holding, depreciation on a van. CORA sets up the right accounts for you and explains in plain words how to book each payment.
More than one currency, done properly
Guilders, dollars, euros and florins side by side. A purchase in a foreign currency is booked at the day's rate, and once it is matched to the payment the difference goes to exchange differences and bank charges — so in the end it costs exactly what left your bank account.
Locked down, and it stays that way
Two-step verification on every account, sign in with a passkey — Touch ID, Face ID or Windows Hello — and a record of every change with who made it and when. An encrypted backup every night. Your data is yours: export it whenever you want.
Your webshop and your till, in the books
Selling through Shopify, WooCommerce, Square or Lightspeed? Connect it once and every order becomes a sales invoice by itself, with the tax exactly as your shop applied it. With Shopify and Square, the fees your payment provider keeps become a purchase invoice too, and the payout is split so it matches your bank line to the cent.
Three places, and the rules of each one are already in the software. Pick your country when you sign up and your tax codes, filing periods and deadlines are right before you start.
The Dutch Caribbean
Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten and Saint-Martin — each with its own tax, its own rates and its own way of counting a month. CORA prepares your return; on Saint-Martin it files it too.
United States
LLCs registered in the US and owned from abroad — that is who CORA is for here; a company with a US owner is not something we take on yet. Your IRS forms filled in from your books — 5472 with its 1120 for a single member, faxed to the IRS in one click, or 1065 with a K-1 for every member — plus your 1099-NEC list, the sales tax thresholds per state, and your state's annual report with its date.
The Netherlands — almost ready
For Dutch companies: your VAT return per box, a correction when one is needed, your ICP listing, OSS and the KOR — all calculated from your books, ready for you to file. Your Dutch bank connects live. Built, and being checked over before we open it.
Extra companies, white-label and payment links — and coming soon, your own US bank account and EUR IBAN.
