Delete your CORA account
For the CORA app and cora.financial, provided by OSM Enterprises LLC.
How to ask for deletion
- Send an email to help@cora.financial from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my CORA account”. Mention which administration(s) it concerns.
- Within two working days we reply to that address and ask you to confirm. This makes sure nobody else can delete your account.
- After your confirmation we delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it is done. Any subscription ends at the same time.
Before you ask: you are legally required to keep your business records for a number of years. Export your reports and documents from cora.financial first — after deletion we cannot restore them.
What we delete
- Your sign-in: name, email address, password (stored as a hash), two-step verification, passkeys and app sign-ins.
- The administrations you own on your own: bank transactions, invoices, receipts and uploaded documents, customers and suppliers, reports and settings.
- If other people also have access to an administration, it stays for them; only your access is removed.
What we keep, and for how long
- Our own invoices to you and their payments: for as long as tax law requires us to keep our accounts.
- Security logs: up to twelve months.
- Encrypted backups: deleted data disappears from them within 35 days, when the oldest backup is replaced.
Want to delete only part of your data, such as a single document or customer? Ask us at help@cora.financial.
