How it works here
That cash basis is where most packages get Aruba wrong, and it is exactly what CORA counts. An invoice you sent in March but were paid for in April belongs to April, and CORA puts it there by itself. Your monthly return is ready and dated, split per component, and the deadline sits in your calendar. You copy the figures into the form at the Departamento di Impuesto. Filed and paid gets recorded, so nothing is counted twice.
